From 2022 to 2025, I led design for Pluto TV’s account and registration ecosystem — covering sign-up, sign-in, device linking, settings, and cross-platform authentication across mobile, web, and connected TV.
Business Impact
Over three years, I partnered with Product and Engineering to redesign flows that drove registered users from 10% to 43% and increased registered viewing minutes by 47%.
Design Focus
My focus was to build clarity and consistency at scale — turning a fragmented multi-device experience into a cohesive, accessible system used by over 80 million viewers worldwide.
Collaborative by default
I work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers — not just to hand things off, but to make sure what we design together actually feels right in the end product. Whether we’re refining flows or debugging visual polish, I care as much about the shipped experience as the Figma file.
Systems over Silos
I collaborate across teams to make sure design decisions are considered at the right altitude — from individual features to the full platform scale. My goal is to align every designer and stakeholder around a cohesive system, so we’re building consistent experiences rather than isolated screens.
